The Hire Yourself! Program is a virtual initiative that provides twenty hours of instruction on the essential elements of developing a sustainable business. Throughout the program, participants will:

• understand different business types and models

• articulate their product or service, from its features and use to its value proposition

• Perform market research and conduct a SWOT analysis to effectively compete in their chosen industry

• Expand their knowledge about key financial concepts, including managing costs, setting prices, interpreting financial statements, and navigating funding requirements

• Learn the rules and regulations for entrepreneurs set by State Vocational Rehabilitation
